Crock Pot Beef Stew

I made this today for my coworkers. It smelled so good — and I hear it tasted wonderful. So, I thought I’d pass it on. It was super, super easy to make. If you work with a bunch of folks, you can set this up in the crock pot in your break room and cook it (using the quick method) to share at lunch instead of all the sweet stuff everyone brings in this time of year.

Ingredients:

1 pound stew beef, cut small
1 can diced tomatoes
3 potatos, peeled and diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 peppercorns
1 celery stalk, diced
1 onion, diced
4 cups beef broth
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups frozen veggies

Directions:

Place all ingredients in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for six or so hours or on high for three and a half hours.

I mean, really, can this be less complex? Well, you could have someone else do it for you. I suppose that would make it easier.
